20.0 feet:  The road around the harbor is lightly covered with water.

22.0 feet:  Consider moving vehicles parked in the southwest parking lot.

24.0 feet:  The east side of the camping area is under water.

24.6 feet:  The camping area is under water. Water begins to cross the road.

Spring Valley Boat Club is now closed to the public.

25.0 feet:   Parking lots begin to flood,  access is still possible with 4WD trucks.

26.5 feet:   Water completely covers the parking lots, making them inaccessible.

The Spring Valley Boat Club is closed to everyone.

28.0 feet:   Water is on the wall.
